I belong to two  meetup groups both of which have dumb names and no real logo.  So, I'll just name them here and maybe provide some links:
Portland-Beaverton Digital Photographers Meetup Group is one of them, not sure if it includes Vancouver and/or Hillsboro, but there it is
Portland/Vancouver Photography Meetup Group Meetup Group is the other - I get tired after saying the really long name.
Anyways, we go out and do lots of photography and have lunch and beers and stuff.  Here's some images from those outings:
