Infrared (non-thermal) photography presents reflecting light that is not normally visible to the human eye. There is a lot more information available if we could only see it. IR also allows for creativity and color manipulation. The images below that have any color in them at all were shot at 590nm which is right at the red end of the visible light spectrum. The "black and white" images were shot at either 720nm or 830nm where there is no color visible. |
